🌍 Shipping Update

Hi everyone — here's a quick update on the status of shipping your stuff!

While I was hoping to get everyone's rewards out at the same time, this has unfortunately not happened for a couple reasons:

First, the shirts had a small delay because the initial prints of the custom tag was bleeding through the fabric. Fortunately, the good folks at Glass Embroidery caught this issue and adjusted the print to fix it, but this meant that none of the rewards with shirts went out last week. But now the shirts are done and packed!

Second, if you follow the indie RPG world you may have heard that Peregrine Coast Press is discontinuing their fulfillment services. You may also recall we were using them as our European/RoW fulfillment partner, so this change meant I had to scramble a bit to find a replacement! Fortunately, Games Omnivorous out of Portugal was available to help with European fulfillment, so we will now be working with them. (BTW, they're also having a Black Friday sale right now!)

Here's what this means for you if you are in:

• The Americas (except Canada): If your order didn't ship last week, it is shipping out TODAY.
• Canada: Your order is being freighted to Ratti Incantati on Monday or Tuesday, and they will fulfill your orders from there.
• Europe (EU): Your order is being freighted to Games Omnivorous in Portugal on Monday or Tuesday, and they will be fulfilling your orders from there. We will be paying duties on entry to the EU, so your order should get delivered duty paid, even if you didn't select that option on BackerKit (if you DID select DDP, I'll be refunding you the difference if you wound up paying extra — sorry about the back and forth on this).
• Europe (Non-EU): Your order is being freighted to Games Omnivorous as well on Monday or Tuesday and they will be fulfilling your orders from there. You likely will not have to worry about duties if you just got a book or a book + patch, but you may if your package includes a shirt.
• Rest of World: Your reward is now being shipped direct from the USA with the other US orders (today I believe).

Also, most importantly, we will be covering the differences in fulfillment costs — none of you will pay any extra.

🚛 Shipping has begun!

Not much to say here other than we've started shipping out the goods! US backers will be getting their stuff earliest, since those get shipped directly. Everything else is going through an extra step, first getting freighted to our international fulfillers, so they will take a bit longer. But it's all in motion :)

As for the customizable audio tool, it's coming along great & we will share progress in a future update!

Hi all —

The modules and patches are in the warehouse! Take a look:

Everything else is arriving this week, so shipping will start very soon, once everything is checked over! That means this is your last 48 hours to update your mailing address before we ship: you should be getting an email from BackerKit with all the relevant info for that. If your address hasn't changed since you filled out the survey, then no sweat — you're all set.

(If you did not get an email and you do need to change your address, make sure you filled out your survey and that your card was charged successfully! If you're having trouble or are not sure about your order status, message us directly here on Kickstarter.)

Also, just as a reminder, the module PDF, mixer + bonus materials app, and soundtrack are all available for you to download on itch! Just make sure the email you used to back the project on Kickstarter matches your email on itch so they can match you up with your download key! More great news: All physical goods are officially in production! After a bit of back and forth on proofs, all of the books are being printed, all of the patches are being embroidered, all of the shirts are being screenprinted, and everything will be arriving at our US warehouse in the next couple of weeks to get packed and shipped out to you all :) VERY excited for that.

📚 Locking Orders & Starting Production

Hello backers! We're locking down backer orders, finalizing retailer orders, and prepping production runs at the moment -- a lot of behind-the-scenes work that will all come to fruition very soon. Everything will start getting made in the coming weeks (and I'll be posting updates as we get physical goods in hand)!

Right now it looks like we will be producing:

• 700+ Patches
• 200+ Shirts
• 1000+ Modules
• A little over 100 LE Modules
