Additionally, for anyone who wants to upgrade their pledge to the Limited Edition Cosmic Consciousness bundle (2 late backer copies remaining!), add it to your order on BackerKit and direct message me on here that you want to swap your original pledge for this one. Hello everyone! This is a big moment for the campaign -- BackerKit Surveys are on their way to all of you right now!
The BackerKit survey is where we collect your shipping information and payments and let you tack on any extra add-ons to your order, so please fill it out as soon as you are able!
Additionally, if you have friends that missed the Kickstarter but would still love to get in on the project, the Pre-Order Store is now live! You may see in the survey and in the store that there are a very small set of Limited Edition Cosmic Consciousness bundles available -- these will be made available periodically throughout the pre-order window of the month of August to give folks who missed the first set a few chances to grab it. I'll be making announcements on Mastodon and Twitter when a new set is made available. After this month, we will make the one and only production run of the Limited Edition books and send them out :)
📦 Shipping Info
All shipping information and payments will be collected via BackerKit. In the last update, I talked about the possibility of charging shipping later, but when I reviewed this possibility with the fulfillment teams, we concluded that this would add too much complexity and we really didn't like the idea of further deferring your shipping cost payments to yet another step between you backing the project and getting your order. It's something we will be considering for future projects, but we want to keep this one straightforward. Thanks for understanding!
Tracking and Delivered Duty Paid: BackerKit's backend is a little funky, so while we can offer tracking and duty-paid delivery to many locations, we had to do a bit of a kludge to make it work. Here's the breakdown:
USA: All shipments are tracked.
Americas: All shipments are tracked.
Canada: Large shipments are tracked (generally, anything with a t-shirt). Small shipments (a zine or two and/or a few patches) are NOT tracked. If you are a canadian customer with a small order and you want tracking (an extra ~$6USD), contact me directly via Kickstarter and I can add it manually and charge you.
UK/EU: Your shipments are not tracked by default. You can add tracking to your order by adding the "EU/UK Tracking" item to your cart.
Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Ireland, Malta, The Netherlands, or Portugal: You have the option of having your package Delivered Duty Paid, meaning we take care of the customs fees, etc. for your package so you won't need to worry about it. If you want this, add the "EU Delivered Duty Paid" item to your cart and I will contact you later to settle up the difference. (If you change your mind later, we will just ship it normally).
EverywhereElse: All shipments are tracked.
✅ Production Status
The Module is fully complete and edited, now undergoing a final sanity check before I'll be ready to send it off to the printers.
The Shirt is designed, with a 3-color front, a 1-color back, AND glow-in-the-dark embroidery 👀 I just have a little label design to do and it'll be ready to get manufactured!
The Patch is designed, prototyped, and ready to be manufactured.
The Limited Edition Module is complete, just doing color separations on the interior for riso printing. After shopping around a bit, we've concluded that our original printer is still our best option, so we will be going into production in September, when they are back from their break.
The Digital Rewards (PDFs, WBR Audio Mixer, and General Audio Mixer) are feature-complete and being tested, and will be released to you all via itch.io when the physical goods are getting shipped out.

Hi everyone! Surveys will be a few extra days to send out -- I'm talking with our various fulfillers about having them charge you shipping directly when packages are ready to go out instead of via BackerKit so that we can charge what it actually costs to ship everything instead of adding in buffer to our estimates and potentially overcharging. Peregrine Coast (shipping to everywhere outside of the Americas) already does this, and I'm finding out about the others now. Sit tight, surveys coming soon!

📋 Surveys & Pre-Orders
Just wanted to let you all know that surveys and pre-orders are coming within the next week via Backerkit, so keep an eye out for those emails! We're finalizing pricing & finishing getting everything set up on the backend right now. We will be running a test in which a small % of you will get early surveys to make sure everything works. We'll send out another update here once all the surveys are sent out.
⭐️ Limited Edition
Two bits of news about the Limited Edition: First, the riso print studio we were planning on using is going to be closed during the month of August, which is when we were hoping to go to print. So we are currently shopping around for alternatives. Best case scenario, we get another printer quickly who can do what we're looking for and print in August as planned. Worst case, we wait until September to get the print run going with the original printer and just give everyone a bit more time to get their survey and preorder info in before shipping everything.
The second bit of news is more exciting: I've designed the Limited Edition cover! I think it's going to look amazing in print:

Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well. Here's the state of the project:
📙The Module
Fiona's gotten edits back to me for the new pages, and I'm mostly done incorporating them and making a few final layout tweaks. Next steps will be the Limited Edition cover design and color separations for riso before going to print :)

As noted in a previous post: design is done, test came out great, and they're ready to manufacture!
👕TheShirt
Kem has gotten some excellent designs in! We're iterating on them and trying out different color schemes. Here's a sneak peek of some detail...
Once this stage is done, we'll do some tests to make sure it's up to our standards, then we'll be ready for the production run!
📦The Fulfillment
Lots going on here, but for now the main bit of new info is for 🇨🇦 Canadian Backers: Your pledges will be fulfilled through the lovely folks at RattiIncantati. Here are the approximate rates as of right now:
Boxes (orders with shirts): $13 USD (tracked only).
As with the other rates, these may shift a bit depending on the cost of shipping to Ratti and general shipping rate fluctuations.
💾 The Apps
Both the WBR app and the standalone mixer app are feature-complete & currently undergoing testing and bug fixes. I've written the bonus lore and most of the bonus d100 tables (which I will also make available as a PDF). Once that's wrapped up, we'll be doing some more internal testing and then open it up to backers who can commit to giving feedback on preview builds.

Unrelated to WBR (other than being RPG material), but I'm still doing #dungeon23 on all my socials (twitter - tumblr - mastodon - insta), making a megadungeon room every day for all of 2023. It's been a ton of fun and seeing other people's projects has been really inspiring. Here's a corner of this month's dungeon:
